Association of Belt and Road Malaysia conveyed ours best wish to Malaysia and China in conjunction with the 46th anniversary of Malaysia-China diplomatic relations.
We also pledged unwavering support for a strong Malaysia-China cooperation, through the people-to-people bond between two countries, regardless of race and culture differences, as championed by the association.
46 years after Malaysia and China established diplomatic relations on 31 May 1974, and despite various challenges confronted along the way, Malaysia and China have proved themselves to be a good neighbour and partner in every aspects, learned to tolerate and understand each other, that eventually led to a strong relationship between both countries.
“Particularly, the widespread of Covid-19 pandemic since early this year have strengthening the relationship between China and Malaysia as we work together to fight against this epidemic.
The Malaysian government and our society have given our undivided support and assistance to China when the country was in its hard time combating the Covid-19. Likewise, when Covid-19 outbreak in Malaysia surged, China came forward and immediately provide the much-needed medical supplies and medical experts to assist Malaysia fight against the epidemic.
We also expressed his sincere gratitude to the Embassy of The People’s Republic of China in Malaysia for its great contribution to the China-Malaysia relationship, especially during the hard time of pandemic. The embassy has been working around the clock to help Malaysia combating Covid-19 epidemic.
Going forward, the Association of Belt and Road Malaysia will continue to assume active role to bridge and promote bilateral cooperation between China and Malaysia.
